National League Division One South East

Division One South East is the fourth-tier division covering London and the south-eastern corner of England, one of the four regional leagues at the foot of the National League. It's a densely populated football region, which means a deep pool of clubs — everything from the reserve and development sides of bigger names to independent community clubs pushing up through the pyramid. Promotion from South East feeds upward into the Southern Premier at tier three, alongside its sister division South West. At the bottom, clubs are relegated into regional feeder leagues such as the London and South East Women's Regional Football League, which in turn sits above the county leagues. Because the catchment is so concentrated around the capital, this division tends to be one of the most competitive at its level, with more clubs chasing the single automatic promotion spot than the geography alone might suggest.
