Milton Keynes Dons FC Women

Milton Keynes Dons Women were formed in the summer of 2009 as part of MK Dons and their Sport & Education Trust's commitment to "football for all," quickly adding a youth setup and a Regional Talent Club. From regional beginnings the club climbed the pyramid, picking up early honours including back-to-back Berks & Bucks Senior Women's Cup wins in the mid-2010s. A major step came in May 2025, when the women's team was fully integrated into the main club's operations for the first time, with a first-ever full-time manager appointed and home games moved to Stadium MK — the same 30,500-capacity ground as the men's side. Nicknamed the Dons, the move marked a clear raising of ambition and profile for women's football at the club.
