Eppleton Colliery Football Ground
Eppleton Colliery Welfare Ground in Hetton-le-Hole was established in 1929 to provide recreation for the miners of Eppleton Colliery, and first appeared on maps as a cricket ground. It was redeveloped in 1993, and Sunderland's women have played here since 2018.
