After a patient climb through the regional game, the team's standout achievement came in 2023, when they were crowned champions of the West Midlands Regional Women's League Premier Division — a title the club described as eight years in the making, sealed with a 2-0 win over Burton Albion. They run a development side alongside the first team in the Birmingham County Women's League, building a local pathway, and represent one of the larger towns in the country to field a women's side in the national pyramid.
